Between visits to the doctor, the daily choices you make can help you better manage your symptoms.\nWe will discuss the evidence behind recommendations about exercise, nutrition, provide strategies to manage healthcare information, the importance of socialization and mental health and discuss available resources. Denise Boyd is a physical therapist with Southwest Physical Therapy.
