DESCRIPTION:If asked to describe the symptoms of Parkinson’s, the average person is likely to list the Hallmark Motor Symptoms – Tremor, Slowness of Movement, Stiffness, and Changes in Balance and Posture. What most people are not aware of is the wide spectrum of non-motor symptoms an individual with Parkinson’s may experience – issues with sleep, blood pressure and the GI tract to name just a few. Nor do they know how the non-motor symptoms may, in fact, have a greater impact on an individual’s daily activities and overall quality of life.\nIn their presentation, Dr. Block and Dr. Decker will provide an overview of the different non-motor symptoms, how they present, and how they are managed.\nThis a free education program.\nRegister\n
