Zoom Mtg: MSA/PSP Support Group

Seated and Standing PD Exercise Class: Online This class alternates between using a chair and standing providing a good workout for those who may be unsuited for a high intensity program.  Focus on big amplitude movement, strength, dual tasking, facial, fine motor and voice exercises. Care partners are strongly encouraged to be present for safety reasons and welcome to participate at no additional charge. Instructor: Nancy Barlow Classes are $8/each with billing for attendance monthly.

We are providing a Care Partner Tele-Support Group meeting that is staff facilitated and will allow those caring for a loved one with Parkinson's to connect from the safety and comfort of their home.
