Dance for Parkinson’s

Class uses a specialized form of dance that does not require partners or dance experience and uses live music. Dance develops flexibility and instills confidence while stimulating mental activity. This class is good for all levels of ability. It is seated the first half hour and progresses to optional locomotion moves across the floor. Instructors: Kimberly Walter and Ashley Trottier Class fee is $140 for full 14 weeks, or $10 by class if arranged in advance.

This class is best for individuals who are excited about participating in a vigorous exercise program to decrease the effects of Parkinson's. $12/class for drop in or $100 for 10-class punchcard. Seated and Standing PD Exercise Class: Online

This class alternates between using a chair and standing providing a good workout for those who may be unsuited for a high intensity program.  Focus on big amplitude movement, strength, dual tasking, facial, fine motor and voice exercises. Care partners are strongly encouraged to be present for safety reasons and welcome to participate at no additional charge. Instructor: Nancy Barlow Classes are $8/each with billing for attendance monthly.
