Ongoing group exercise class taught by Physical Therapists and nurses specializing in Parkinson's disease. Physician referral for a Physical Therapy evaluation is required prior to participation. This class is best for individuals who can walk without an assistive device and who seek the camaraderie and motivation of a group class. The Physical Therapy evaluation helps to screen participants into the most appropriate class (noon to 1 or 1-2pm). Instructor: Anna Saltonstall Class Fee: $40/month
