An event every week that begins at 10:30 am on Wednesday, repeating until June 1, 2022
All movement is derived from the 7 primal movements (7pm). The primal movements are pull, push, squat, luge, hinge, rotate, and gait. This class will explore these movements and variations of them to help you retain the best possible foundational aspects of movement.
Standing and balance involved and can use props (wall, table/chair for postural support and balance). Stages 1-3, instructor will offer modifications and variations.
