Rebel Fit Club Active and Gentle Yoga

An event every week that begins at 11:15 am on Monday and Wednesday, repeating until December 29, 2021
This is an active yoga class designed to met the needs of those with PD. Each class addresses balance needs, heart opening, breathing and mobility. Class varies depending on participants’ needs and are taught with mindfulness and a respect for self so that you may always feel successful.
This class is best for individuals who can successfully balance with assistance ad can get down to and up from the ground safely.
Instructed by Kris Meyers
Gym membership starts at $30. Actual fees will vary depending upon participation and enrollment.
