An event every week that begins at 9:15 am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, repeating indefinitely
This high intensity class tackles all areas of fitness and will challenge participants physically and cognitively.
This class is best for: Individuals who can get up and down off the floor without assistance and be on their feet for 1.5 hours.
This class runs on a quarterly schedule, participants can join anytime. Please contact organizer prior to attending first class.
