This high energy, Parkinson specific class is designed to challenge you physically and cognitively while working on strength, balance, agility, flexibility and aerobic conditioning. It draws from a variety of disciplines and modalities including, PWR! Moves, Boxing, Tai Chi often using a circuit style format.

This is a higher level class that requires the ability to maintain continuous movement for 75 minutes.  Participants must be able to get up and down off the floor and to walk independently.  30 minute assessment required prior to starting class.
