Zoom Hosted Program. Studies find the benefits of meditation include reduction is anxiety, depression, stress, chronic pain and more. In particular, studies into the benefits of meditation for those with Parkinson’s Disease show exciting results.
This workshop will provide you the tools to start your own meditation practice and offer information about meditation groups you can join. Three practitioners will each provide a short meditation experience. This smorgasbord of meditation styles will help you select an approach that works best for you!
