Mindfulness Series: Session 3

Gratitude practice is a fundamental component of mindfulness. This practice allows us to cultivate a sense of thankfulness for the lives we have, instead of wishing for things we cannot change. With continued practice, research shows this exercise can be transformative, actually changing brain chemistry.
