Cardio interval training with soul and joy. Nia’s sensory-based approach to fitness encourages each person to excel in their own way and in their own time.
This class is best for individuals who want cardio exercise, either standing, dancing with hand-hold, or seated.

10-visit group exercise pass available for $60 to seniors in the recreation district. Drop in and out of district also available.
