Pranayama yoga is the practice of breath control and synchronizing breath with movement. It provides a method to help manage PD symptoms. Our instructor, Nishita, has been practicing yoga for over 25 years in India, from where she will be leading these classes.
Class meets weekly on Mondays at 5pm.
