Fusion class incorporating Pure Pilates, PaKua 24+ movements, the 7 Primal movements (7pm), and progressions of movement patterns.

Movements include: standing and going up/down to the floor, however, modifications will be offered for chair seated work, all directions of the spine, all planes of motion, continuous movement and props suggested but are optional.
