An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Monday and Wednesday, repeating until December 31, 2020
Class is defined by agility, boxing, circuits, power moves and high intensity bursts of exercise. Lunging and cognitive challenges combines with the exercises.
This class is best for: Those who are at a high level of ability. Must be able to go to the floor and exercise at a high intensity level for 60 minutes.
This class is ongoing, participants can join anytime. Please contact organizer prior to attending first class.
