An event every week that begins at 11:00 am on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until December 31, 2020
Participants with PD exercise on various equipment from treadmill, rowing machine, exercise cycle and nu-step. Work on gait and PWR! moves, followed by a 20 minute strength circuit and flexibility.
This class is best for: Those who can walk for 30-40 minutes unassisted and can go to the floor and back up.
This class is ongoing, participants can join anytime. Please contact organizer prior to attending first class.
