An event every week that begins at 12:00 pm on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until December 30, 2021
Restore function and slow the progression of Parkinson’s symptoms with this 30-minute class full of dynamic movements. This class is best for individuals who are at low risk of falling and can get up and down from the floor safely.
Classes change every day with different emphasis.
