Rebel Fit Club High Intensity Boxing Bootcamp

An event every week that begins at 10:30 am on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, repeating until December 30, 2021
Boxing, strength, balance and stretching. This circuit-style class has it all! Clinically proven to slow the progression of PD, our class is energizing and fun with diverse workouts daily.
This class is best for individuals who are at low-risk of falling and can be on their feet for one full hour.
