Tai Chi for Parkinson’s

An event every week that begins at 1:45 pm on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until December 31, 2020
Tai Chi has proven to be beneficial for balance, range of movement, gait, as well as mood and general well-being.
This class is best for individuals who can be on their feet for 45 minutes, though can be adapted for chair exercise.

Class Fee: Sliding scale available, typically $15-$20/session. Lessons can be purchased in blocks.
