Winter Breathing Yoga

Pranayama yoga can help energize the body and mind, improve alertness and concentration, reduce stress, may benefit those with tremor, improve memory and cognitive functions, help with sleeping disorders, provide mental-emotional stability and build confidence and improve quality of life.
Nishita has been practicing yoga over 25 years, founder of Yoga School in India from where she will be leading these classes. Nishita’s website is www.pratiyogayana.com
