This is a group for care partners of people with Parkinson’s who are displaying cognitive changes. This may be a formal Parkinson’s Dementia diagnosis, or just a change in cognitive function. The group meets on Zoom on the 1st Thursday of the month from 1:00pm-2:00pm.
