Parkinson’s Exercise Class; Virtual
We work Parkinson’s specific exercises for flexibility and strength to build intensity and then move into boxing combinations and footwork (without boxing bags) as we work to build your intensity to get a good workout. This is a workout that can be done standing or from a chair. We work on cognition, balance, strength, agility, flexibility and we have FUN!
This class is best for individuals that are able to work and move independently although it can be modified for those that need to sit. Contact Lori to try a class and see if it works for you.
