Parkinson’s Exercise Class w/Becky Dallum
This class offers both seated exercises and standing exercises with the assistance of a sturdy chair or assisted device such as a walker for support. This class would be a good fit for beginners or those needing a lower intensity workout. We will focus on whole body activation, strength, flexibility, balance, fine motor skills, dual tasking, and posture. There is no charge to you to participate.
