Pilates 4 Parkinson’s

30-minute segment of P4P exercise online. We’ll talk, learn, stretch and exercise at a slow and deliberate pace so you can really absorb all the info, and feel the movements. Classes will focus on the 22″ABSOLUTE MUST DO”exercise mini-sets if you have Parkinson’s disease. All stages are welcome. You can sit, stand, or even just watch for some fitness entertainment!

Classes can be done seated in a chair; yoga mat is helpful to go the the floor but not required.
