Rock Steady Boxing: Pendleton

Rock Steady Boxing is a health and wellness program designed for people with Parkinson’s Disease, a neurological condition that affects balance, strength, walking, and especially confidence. It is based on a foundation of non-contact boxing, and itis very effective for improving all of the symptoms that people with PD typically experience.  There are four stations in this class that work on balance, strength, boxing and walking to fight against Parkinson’s disease.

Modification for all levels. High intense workouts require primary care medical sign off.-
