Tai Chi/QiGong for Parkinson’s, Bend
Beginners will learn the seated upper body moves to 8 Form Tai chi. These are flowing moves broken into separate movement forms. Depending on ability some foot patterns will be introduced. Classes are limited to 4 participants. The classes are grouped according to ability. There is an advanced and intermediate group. Exercise modifications and additions are presented according to ability of individuals. Exercises covered contribute to balance, leg strength, stamina, breathing patterns, cognition challenge and uplifting mood. Private sessions available.
