The World Parkinson Congress (WPC) is coming to Portland in September 2016 and it is time to make your plans and consider how you are going to be a part of this major event.
Here at Parkinson’s Resources we are embracing the WPC as a unique opportunity to expand knowledge and understanding of best care practices as well as the latest research discoveries. We have been working to create a scholarship fund to help make the WPC accessible for people in our region who might otherwise be unable to participate. It is our goal to raise PD education and quality of care throughout the region.
Scholarships have been created to support registration fees and in many cases to also aid with lodging and travel expenses. Completed application must be submitted online by the relevant deadline(s) to be considered. Please Note: Submission of an application does not constitute an award. Applicants should NOT incur expenses until written notification of award is received.
Please help us spread the word of this opportunity to potential attendees throughout our region.
