Mini Yoga Session with Brynna Hurwitz, MAT, RYT, Certified Yoga and Yoga for Seniors Instructor, Exercise for PD, and Fall Prevention Specialist. She received her Brain Longevity Therapist Certification in 2021. Currently Brynna teaches Yoga for PD, Guided Meditation and Dance Therapy for Brain and Body. She loves sharing her passion for movement and healing!

Mindfulness Meditation practice with Martha McJacobs who has been a mindful practitioner and teacher for over 40 years. Her passion is to help people experience life in the present moment with courage and kindness. Resting your body is an important part of your weekly routine, it provides the ability to regenerate and restore! Recent studies now specifically addressing the benefits of mindfulness for Parkinson’s Disease confirm promising results.

Stations for the day include:

  • Acupressure points & benefits of acupuncture. As well as an ear seed clinic
  • Herbal medicine benefits, learn how to grow herbs and sample teas.
