Parkinson’s Strength & Balance, Portland
This class is designed to help you improve quality of life and reduce fall risk by strengthening movements and skills that can decline due to Parkinson’s disease. It will include whole body activation, strengthening & cardio exercise, flexibility & agility, balance & posture, fine motor skills & dual tasking exercises. Participants can get up and down off the floor safely and be moving on their feet for an hour.
