Pick up your paintbrush and grab your glue stick! It’s time to talk all about art therapy. Join Simone Weisz to explore how art therapy can benefit people with Parkinson’s and related disease and spend a little time exploring your creativity.

This program is meant to be an introduction to the practice of art therapy, discussing what exactly art therapy is and how it specifically relates to Parkinson’s disease. In the second half of the program, Simone will lead the group in a creative exercise. You do not need to have experience in art to participate! This event is open to both people with Parkinson’s, related diseases, and care partners.
