PWR!Moves are Parkinson’s-specific exercises, and therefore, only participants with Parkinson’s disease are eligible. Each move is designed to target key skills that often decline with Parkinson’s, helping to maintain mobility and function. They can be adapted to different positions, tailored to individual symptoms, and made more challenging over time. Destination Rehab will offer a level 1 and level 2 class for varied levels of mobility and strength.

This session is Level 1: Participants with assistive devices. Class will rely more on the chair/include more seated moves.
